Jabra Biz 2325 QD Duo Wired Professional Call Center Headset

I had to mess around with the frequency gauge to get it to work with my phone. It works great though. Good audio quality.

I have a home office and therefore a Cisco IP phone for business. I needed a good set of headphones that would filter out background noise and give me hands free for the computer as I consulted with clients. The Jabra BIZ 2300 is meeting these requirements splendidly. I didn't want noise elimination, because I do want to be aware of my environment. These do a good job of filtering out most noise, both for me and my client. Very comfortable. I recommend these if you have similar needs.

These are by far the best value I've seen in a GN/QC style headset. Best performance and quality for price.

I suppose they package just the headset in case that part failed but it's irritating that it doesn't come with the quick connect USB cable. This is a new purchase for me ... and the Headline for the headset states "USB" so the logical conclusion is it will come with that connection. Buyer beware because this will add $50 to your purchase price and slow you down again waiting for the second half of the cable.

I like the headset, it is comfortable but sometimes my customers could not hear me very well. I could hear my customers very clear, the incoming sound quality is good.

Great, however make sure you order a smart cord, otherwise you cannot attach it to your phone. This is the problem with buying from the Amazon machine and not using a sales rep.You will need a cord like this: 3x Jabra GN1200 CC (88011-99) 7" Coil, Direct Connect Smart Cord

have 7-8 staff in one room, can speak loudly without being heard in other peoples phone calls. these get used 40 hours every week making non stop outbound calls and we still have yet to break any of them in 3 years.

Lavoro in un call center dove non ci forniscono una cuffia personale ma ogni giorno ne prendiamo una "dal mucchio" e sono solo monoaurali.Sia per questioni igieniche che per comfort acustico ho deciso di fare questo investimento e acquistarne un paio da usare come personali.Qualità ottima, ha migliorato il mio modo di lavorare averle binaurali. Certo non costano poco ma questo su amazon è il prezzo più basso del web.

This headset is light, applies very little pressure, and can be worn comfortably for hours on end. For voice communications the audio quality is perfect, don't expect it to sound good if you're going to listen to music. This headset might look expensive, but it's perfectly made for all-day use. I have one at work and one at home.
