Where can I find replacement parts for the ps4500 skimmer?

How does this sit in the pond? Or how is it installed?

We installed ours on the side of the pond. We cut a hole in the liner and fixed it to the hole, the water flows into the box and the pump pulls the water and pushes it through a hose to the waterfall. Works great and has been for 10 years.

Where can I find new filter mats? I have bought three different roles and one was too narrow, the other two were too thin anfloppy and just falls over

what is the size of the pump compartment. can it accomadate a verticle pump 8 1/2 " diameter and 17 " tall
