Rosewood Naturals Chinchilla & Degu Delight, Small Animal Treat for Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas, Degus, Hamsters, Gerbils, Mice and Rats, 150g

I gave this to the guinea pigs as enrichment to their regular food. They really liked it and always ate it first. There seems to be a good variety in the mix and no real dust content. The quality is good and a good size to chew on and keep their teeth healthy.

My mice love all the snacks from this brand but this bag is a really good selection. My four mice have different favourites and spend a lot of time rummaging for the best bits, but everything gets eaten. It's great value for money, really. Providing food and stimulation. I continue to buy this range, frequently.

Bought for my hamster. He loves it. I always pick out the sharp bits so as not to damage his delicate cheek pouches.

Enjoyed tetantively by The Degu although it is -7 degrees and housemates fed him 2 burgers last week so he is stuffed. Little One Mouse Food still going down a treat. Like hazelnuts and cashews and almonds perhaps the Rosewood Naturals are to be savoured. Mainly flowers.

I thought when this arrived that it looked really nice lots of pieces and flower heads. I had watched several videos and was trying to implement all the advice given being a new hamster owner. Forage etc. I have to say that my Syrian is not that fussed about this mix. He ate a few flower heads but other than that it has just sat in the cage. Wouldn’t really bother to purchase again. That said I feel that it was good value for money compared to the price I have seen in Pet Shops. I only wish that my hamster found it appealing.

I have 2 chinchillas, 2 very picky chinchillas, lol. They LOVE this. They just a little bit each day and I can make it last due an entire month. For my girl, I sprinkle it on top of her pellets & she carefully picks it off. My male will dig all the pellets out of his bowl looking for more so his treats go in a separate bowl. This is one of the few treats they both love 😋

We call this "Piggy Crack!" My guinea pigs know the sound of this bag over anything else. (And they hear every crinkling sound in the house.) It is by far their favorite snack, so they get a little every evening. My one girl will actually grab my ring and lift my hand out of her bowl to get to it! I have it on Subscribe and Save because I don't dare run out! LOL

I gave it 4 stars because my Chinchilla does like it and she is pretty picky... but it is way too expensive. $10 for a small amount is way too much. Big bags of dried flower substrate safe for eating are $15 and you get way more. If they cut the cost in half then maybe it would be worth it. Unfortunately $10 is too steep for a small amount that will only last a week at most, even if she does like it. If you have money to spare, then go ahead... your little guy will probably like it.
