Great minimal cross trainers
Great work out shoes! I was looking for a good pair of minimal cross-trainers to replace my older Reeboks. These work great! They are thin enough that I can jump around in them without feeling weighed down but they also support my high arches very well. They are minimal shoes though. My suggestion is that if you are switching from thick padded type shoes to minimal shoes that you allow yourself time to transition by wearing your old shoes one day and the new shoes the next until you make the transition to wearing the new shoes full time.

Worth every penny! 7.5/W
First of all I am not much of a shoe person. I have flat/wide feet and finding wide shoes is a chore. I have been wearing bad sneakers my whole life no standard sneaker fits my wide/flat feet correctly. I always have to go up at least a half size so my pinkie toes aren't unbearably squished but even doing that there isn't much relief. So for the past month I have been looking online for alternatives. I am not a runner I do not need a padded running shoe. I am a mom who cleans often, works out, runs errands and I need comfort. Especially since I recently started working out my quest for a good shoe seemed even more imperative. So for the past month I have been looking into so many brands and reading reviews mostly on Amazon.I came across this shoe and what struck me first was the color I love it! The second thing was the shape very unusual. The toe part is so much wider and looked like it would fit all my toes unlike the standard narrow sneaker. They came in wide even better!! Some people said the sneaker ran small another said too big but since it came in wide I gave it a shot and bought my true size a 7.5.They came in yesterday and o m g the color is true to the image hot pink and black! They fit like a glove honest to God I could not believe it. I can wiggle my toes in these sneakers that too me was amazing. I haven't had a chance to work out in them but I did do errands today and I really don't want to take them off. I never bought a shoe that just fit and gave me so much comfort. They are super light and I can feel so much more of the ground. Which for me is nice and perhaps will help me balance better.I can't say enough good things about this shoe. I am beyond impressed. I have always my whole life had shoe problems always left stores disappointed and defeated. I really made the right choice here and I hope they last a long time. So if your a flat footed person with wide feet don't fall for the "flat foot" shoes and waste money on inserts buy these!

Definitely worth it, but read why reviews can be conflicting
I love these shoes, but have been wearing them for years. If you are just starting out with minimalist shoes, WEAR THEM FOR A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME/DAY to start. This is important!! If you have existing running shoes, for example and do some sort of class or other cross training, run in your regular shoes and start wearing the minimalists in other activities or to run errands for a while. Your feet and inter-osseous muscles/fascia in your feet need to adapt to the new demands, as in your feet, legs, hips are used to having support/lift/etc. To suddenly take it away would be like taking a 9 month old baby who is learning to pull themselves up and snatching them away from their support and spanking them telling them to "WALK *#@& it!". Most would never even dream of doing this to a baby, but don't really think about it with their own bodies. This lack of thought is what creates so many confusing reviews. Also, depending on your foot to start with and how your body (fascia) is pulling on your midfoot (common arch), you may consider yourself someone with high arches or flat feet. This will also play a role in how your feet adjust. Just a few notes to consider. Others wise, I have recommended these shoes to quite a few clients to wear during training sessions and I have always gotten favorable reviews from them!

Great shoe, pretty durable
Bought these for doing cross training workouts at home. The heel of the sole is slightly squared, which gives great support while doing squats and jumps. They are not the best for running, though. I ran 2 miles in these and my feet killed me. I run in the Minimus shoes regularly, but something about the way this one is built didn't work for me. But they are not runners :)I do 45 min at home workouts; squats, burpees, jump-rope, one leg exercises, and lots of weight. Great on all fronts. When they started to wear down, I started to wear them to work making coffee. I stand for 8-10 hours, and they still hold up. I recently replaced them with another NB shoe, and now I wear them for my landscaping job. Tread doesn't stand well to wet, slippery grass, but otherwise they are great. I have had them about 1.5 years, have thrown them in the washing machine, and they are really only showing a little wear and tear on the upper. The tread is more worn down, but the design is such that it still holds up decently and I feel I can get another 6 months or so out of them with some pretty frequent use.

GREAT shoes, love them!
LOVE these shoes! I wanted a cross-trainer for my workouts and I LOVE these. I was wearing the Mizuno Wave Rider 16s previously and I really liked those but could no longer find them in my size for an affordable price. I thought it was time to look at cross-trainers because I do weight lifting, cardio, HIIT, cycling, and needed a good all-round shoe. I was a bit skeptical of these when I first put them on because they are so lightweight and low to the ground. I wasn't sure what type of support they would have. I've been super impressed with them though. They are comfortable from the get-go. I wear a 7.5 in athletic shoes and these were spot on for size, no issues at all. I like my shoes to have a wider toe-box so that my toes have room to wiggle, these do. They have a nice 'grip's them when I weight lift and have good lateral support when I do lateral movements. I have medium to low arches and I did find that the arch in these are a bit harder than my running shoes and although they gave good support they seemed a bit stiff for the first couple of workouts. Totally recommend these and I'm going to try to buy another pair as a backup pair!
