JDR Fog Machine with Controllable lights, DJ LED Smoke Machine(Red,Green,Blue) with Wireless and Wired Remotes Bought this Fog Machine to use for Halloween..... Excellent!! It was within my price range and was one of the only one's that I had found, where you can turn off the colored lights with a switch which the reason I chose this machine and made the purchase. Unlike most of the other brands available, when then fog machine is on, so are the lights and without a switch to turn the lights off. It produces a ton of fog, more than I really expected from a 400 watt mini fog machine. Excellent! Note: *Don't Forget to Clean out the fog machines pump & Lines before it is stowed away for the season / Helps to to prevent clogs and prolong the life of the product** Here's how: *** Easy to clean up for storage.... You can either buy a pre-made fog machine line cleaner or by the following method: I poured out the remaining unused fog solution. I then poured a vinegar & water mixture into the fog juice bottle. Then turned it on and ran the vinegar & water mixture through the fog machine until the lines were clear and clean of any leftover fog juice residue. Then packed it up to store it until next time I use it. I plan on buying another one..... Recommended - Great Buy!

Works great. Fog and lights together are a great combination. Only issue I’ve had is the remote stopped working.

For some reason, the white was a few dollars cheaper than the black one, but otherwise, they appear identical, so we got white. It's well packaged, and easy to assemble the bracket (it seems slightly too large for the machine, but fits ok). Filling and setup was easy. I forgot how to work the wireless remote at first, but once I got the hang of it, it's fine. Machine is tiny, sturdy, lots of metal. Real switches on the back are a plus. LEDs are pretty bright. Removable cords also. A few things to note: 1) The wired remote MUST be attached for the wireless remote to work. I assume it might be possible to fashion a loopback of some sort, but maybe that's where the receiver/antenna is. This isn't a hindrance really, just a little extra work. Pressing the wireless [LOCK] button runs the smoke as constantly as it can (with required heater cooldown of course) till you press [UNlock]. This actually works pretty well. 2) The RGB LEDs are NOT configurable. They are on or off all the time, with no effects, and are NOT a focused beam. What you end up getting is a blend of the three, which in the smoke is effectively just a "white" light (if you remember your elementary science class). I suppose some tape might cover one or more, if you want a specific shade. It's a cute add on, and has its own switch, so you can run the light independent of the smoke. Otherwise we are pleased with this, kids played with it all night. Vendor sent a message to make sure we were happy and to offer help if needed. Wow!

Loved it for the three hours it worked. Then half way through the party it stopped. The green preheat light was on but the button didn’t make it smoke. I even unplugged it to see if it would reset: it heated up, the green light came on again, and still the button wouldn’t work. Returning it. Shame as I wanted to like it.

I bought this for my sons birthday party (we did a huge backyard Nerf battlefield, including camo net fencing) and it is FANTASTIC. I didn’t have high hopes for such an inexpensive machine, but it really did the job! I’ve busted it out several times now for the kids and they’re obsessed. So. Here’s the scoop. The lights don’t do anything but plainly shine. It looks like a rainbow if there’s no fog. But they’re super bright. There’s a switch and you can turn them off if you want. If the wind is blowing, your fog will just blow away. If it’s not windy you’ll have a LOT of fog. (I bought the small container of Fog Works solution and it worked well). I ran the machine from 6-9pm and my whole side of the neighborhood was foggy looking, because the wind wasn’t blowing. It looked cooler than a rock concert! The kids told me it felt like they were in a movie and said it was the coolest party everrrrr. It looks cool in the day time but really packs it’s cool punch at night. I’d totally buy this again!

It’s small so you can’t expect it to be fantastically dramatic BUT it’s all about the fog liquid too. Also you had to trigger the fog. It doesn’t do auto dispersement but you can’t expect that when you consider rh price of this one. We bought high density fog so a little goes a long way. Just tested it for our Halloween Party at the end of the month and so far so good. Will update the review if it ends up being a wash.

The fog comes out well at least but the lights are useless thought we could change the colors or have it blink or something. And the real bummer was to have to press it all night to get it to go off when hosting a party that’s low on the priority list thought to would just go off every 5-10-15 min makes more sense to me.
