LOVE LOVE LOVE
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Paranoid at first because of the 5 star and also the 1 star reviews. I ordered 2. One came damaged but I got it replaced. I got the white with silver knobs. Thought it'd be a little bigger..... each slot holds 14 oz. But after using it, very pleased. It comes all in one piece with double stick tape and silicone adhesive along with over 12 labels that say shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc, that you adhere yourself so you can have your soaps in the order you like. It seems like a no brainer but I must stress READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It looks like you'd slap on the tape/glue pop it on your wall and fill it so I get now the comments about it falling off the wall and breaking. You have to detach the container from the mounting bracket and adhere that to a clean (and alcohol wiped) surface. The bracket has all these little holes that some of the silicone glue oozes through when you press it to your shower wall allowing it to kind of suction and you can't achieve this with the container attached to the bracket as it is when you pull it from the box. Nor will the glue dry properly so I see now why people had it popping off. I attached it to a slick suface as well as a tectured surface. I could not budge it pulling very hard. Which I tested because I was worried about mine falling off the wall per some reviews. Because it is breakable, put it somewhere safe or back in the box while the glue dries on the bracket. There was a comment about thick conditioner/shampoo not dispensing or leaking (Again instructions) I'm a cosmetologist, my conditioner is thicker than mayonnaise. It has no problem coming out and I've had no leaks. You have to prime the pumps and again if you completely empty it. This is done by first depressing the button and holding it in then with another finger, cover the spout. Then pump fast ten to twelve times (the spout will suction to your finger) break the suction by pulling your finger off the spout and repeat the process until you can no longer cover the spout without product coming out as you pump it. Takes about three trys. The only thing that is very mild concern is the amount that comes out isn't much, however, the first washing isn't intended to lather anyway. People waste so much product thinking this. The first wash the soap adheres to the dirt/oil/hair dye and shouldn't lather, rinse and repeat, it will lather the second time and you'll use so much less soap and save money. That's why we wash your hair twice! But I use lots of conditioner so its quite a few pumps. But I use less and so do my kids with less mess and less waste. It's fun to fill with different colors too since its see thru. No bottles cluttering up my showers or my kids using a whole bottle to make bubbles or whatever other excuse they using for dumping a whole bottle out. Love this thing! I will never own a shower without it! I want to buy one for everyone I know!

READ the Instructions!!!!!
I hate it when people fail to read the instructions, have a bad experience, and then give a product poor reviews. No seller should be negatively impact of by your stupidity. That being said, the instructions are a bit though to follow, because they appear to be the result of Google translate, and were clearly not written by an English speaker. So, here you go: 1) remove the plastic mounting plate. Use it to figure out where in the shower you'd like to mount this. If you plan to hang with screws, level the unit and Mark your drill holes. Attach the mounting plate with screws, hang the unit, and skip forward to step 6. 2) If you plan to hang this with adhesive, mark the location you want to hang your mounting plate. Clean all surfaces thoroughly. 100% acetone works best, as it will remove all surface oils, residues, etc. However, acetone may damage some surfaces, so use rubbing alcohol instead if you are unsure. 3) on the four flat surfaces, attach the four double sided pads, but do not remove the protective film on the side facing away from the unit. Take the tube of silicon, cover the entire surface of the back of the mounting pad with silicon. Use the entire tube. Remove the protective film from the sticky pads. Carefully align the mounting pad where you intend for it to be mounted. Check to see if everything is level, then press down on the mounting pad until silicon starts to ooze through the little holes. 4) Walk away. The silicon needs 12-24 hours to cure. If you can avoid it, do not use that bathroom. Moisture may impact drying time and adhesion. 5) attach the dispenser. It should slide and lock into place fairly easily. Fill your dispenser bottles and replace the top lid. 6) PRIME THE UNITS! Before first use, you need to prime each of the dispenser pumps. To do this, rapidly pump the button until you get a healthy flow of product. Without priming, you'll get a slow trickle, and might not get any product at all. If you follow the instructions and prime your unit, you'll have no trouble. Mine have been up for more than a year now. They dispense fine, don't clog, and have never fallen off the wall.

Great product, even better customer service (pro tip below)
First off, I have to address some of the other reviews of this product. For whatever reason, there are customers out there who decided to 'do their own thing' in terms of mounting this dispenser on their shower walls and were distraught when some number of days or weeks later their dispenser fell. The mounting supplies included with this kit (the waterproof glue and double-sided tape) are incredibly strong and the included instructions are unambiguously clear as to how to properly mount the dispenser on your shower wall. I followed the instructions and the dispenser might as well be bolted to my shower wall (quickly approaching my 3-year anniversary with the product). Furthermore, other reviews have shared that--after proper installation!--it took a tremendous amount of effort to remove the residual glue left on the wall. My pro tip on the install is that after applying the glue to the mount and then pressing the mount against the wall, you should run the container itself into and out of its mount while the glue is still wet to smooth it out. This ensures you won't have a ridge of glue preventing the container part of the dispenser from going in and out smoothly when you need to refill it, with the added bonus of spreading the glue over the plastic grills for maximum hold. Now, yes, some of the reviews here mentioned the pumps failing over time. Unfortunately my unit was no exception- one of my pumps slowly became less effective, until finally we discovered a small crack in the neck of it that expanded until it eventually snapped. But, given the lifetime warranty on the pumps, I reached out to Better Living via their website, and within hours a customer service representative contacted me offering to send me replacement pumps. In this day and age it is simply mind-blowing to interact with a real human in a customer service encounter, and furthermore for the company to stand behind the warranty on their product and honor it. In short- this is the shower dispenser pump you want. *Follow the installation instructions correctly* and should one of your pumps fail, Better Living will make it right. Support this business!

Tidies up bottle clutter, but gotta make sure its secure
UPDATE: Great news! Two months of use, and mine is still hanging tight on the bathroom wall. It did not fall off. I still really like how it’s very neat and clean. I am upping to 4 stars, because I do not even mind if the middle cannister is stuck up that I got me another one for our other shower! This time, all 3 cannisters working! Really good product, such a smart idea in the shower! Just make sure its secure, it needs the effort and work for it to not fall off.. The idea of this product is really convenient & smart. I don’t like bottle clutter of shampoos/conditioners so I was so excited, I immediately used as soon as delivery. I did read and followed instructions carefully, however it was not that easy to install. I saw other reviews that it smashed and fell and broke, so I took extra care and caution not to prime or fill before applying to wall. I used up all of the available silicone tube (it was just a very small tube) and adhesive tapes, but it was not well secured, and a little tap would tip it off. (Not a good idea for small showers like ours). I had to get extra bonding agent to better secure it. I may have probably broke the bathroom wall behind it... but I really wanted to have this. Now it’s all stucked on (I hope it stays on for months), but the middle cannister is not dispensing at all. Other 2 is working okay. Just that 1 middle dispenser. I am not sure I want to take it off my wall, because it’s definitely ugly and broken behind it with all the strong glue I put and added. Well, 3 star because at least it didn’t fall, and 2 cannister is dispensing okay. Fine for personal use, but a little embarrassing for guests with the broken middle one. Next time, maybe I should go for the more expensive one, You get what you pay for, I guess... I may buy again because it’s neat & clean, but maybe to get a more expensive one for better quality.

Child safety alert!!!!!!
CAREFUL. THIS CAN EASILY PUT YOU IN HOSPITAL. At the very beginning- I cleaned both wall and dispenser double sided area with 91% alcohol. Did exactly what’s asked to do at the time of application. Even waited 24 hours while dispenser was well secured with masking tape. I like to be honest. I had a bad feeling about this cheap dispenser. What if this happens to fall, how great can fall be ?? Wow. Sure it happened. Almost broke my tub spout, this darn thing came crashing down. Can you imagine you are relaxing in your tub and this coming down on your head or how about your child, it can fell on their head. This unthinkable can happen to anyone. Scary. After a Big Bang I rushed myself to showering area and what a mess. All my soap was messed up, wasted and mixed up. Pls BE CAUTIOUS. I almost ended up in hospital. Don’t make same mistake. After this China junk fell of course the soap was all over and every where in the tub. I decided to quickly wash it up and ended stepping in this soap mix. Omg. It was a UNcontrolled slide. Almost fell and hit my head. I am sending this thing back with soapy mess. Let the seller sees this. This unit can put seller or the manufacture in great jeopardy. This is a unsafe product. To all who have successful installation—— This can happen to you folks. Tape don’t last forever. Moisture in your shower will make it weak and this thing is coming down. I should say crashing down. My shower glass door luckily did not damage. I was completely lucky today. Thank you lord. I have tub and you may have standing shower. Still when it lands it will break whatever in its path. Anyways. This is the most longest text I have ever typed. Sorry. I saw an urgency to give heads up to the shopper. After all I am one myself. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JUNK.

Follow directions & look carefully
I bought this product because I was going to have surgery on my hand. Being a widow, it's not like there were people I would be comfortable having help me in the shower, so I bought this. It worked great!! I am only so-so when it comes to being handy, but I installed this on my own without any problems. Once it was in, I was able to easily dispense shampoo, conditioner and body wash one-handed, without a lot of bottles to mess with. The key to installation is following the directions. The silicone glue needs time to cure (I gave it two and a half days, though the directions say 24 hours--with silicone glue, the longer you can wait the better. It can take up to 7 days to be 100% cured). Also, the first time I put it all together, it didn't seem as sturdy as I would have liked. Then I took the shampoo, conditioner, body wash holder out of the piece that is mounted to the wall. I discovered on the back of the center chamber, at the top, were something like a tongue & groove type fastener that was supposed to be slid together with the piece mounted to the wall. Sliding it in correctly greatly improved the stability. Also, I have the thickest conditioner you'd ever find. (In fact, not all of the air bubbles completely disappeared, it's so thick.) I did NOT need to water it down to allow it to dispense. Just be patient and keep following the steps to prime it, and it does work. If I had a bunch of kids using this, abusing it, hanging from it (as kids always do), I might attach it more firmly to the wall with screws, and then secure the dispenser in the holder with outdoor double-stick tape. Or, perhaps buy one of the sturdier models . . . For adults, this is perfect.

Wonderful add to any shower.
Excellent adaptation addition for my disability shower. Like that I no longer need assorted bottles in the shower no to mention the difficulty I had holding and squeezing them.

After I accidentally dropped mine (and cracked it) I searched for an identical replacement …and this speaks to my satisfaction with the product

Parfait. Je fais confiance à cette marque.
Parfait. Le mien, acheté il y a au moins 20 ans avait fini par fuir. Le remplacement à l'identique était essentiel pour moi. C'est fait... J'espère qu'il durera aussi longtemps que son prédécesseur.

Useful and very good product
We love this dispenser as this helps us declutter our bathroom. It sticks properly if you follow the instructions. We have been using it for quite sometime now and it’s still there and the dispensing part is really good as it does not waste any.
