OEM Quality!
2011 GMC Yukon XL 4x4 Fabtech 8" lift, front and rear Bilstein 5100 shocks, 35x12.5x20 RBP Reclusor M/T tires I had to replace a broken coil spring on the back of truck. I purchased the moog springs as well. These insulators fit well and are holding up well. I purchased a similar set for our 2014 suburban. That set cured the clunking in the back. Definitely worth the money and excellent quality

Like a seashell but better!
Super awesome. What I love most about them is that before you install them in your coils you can put them up to your ear and hear the ocean. Just like a seashell. Cool!

work as advertised, but overpriced
these were installed in a Tahoe along with Moog 81069 HD coil springs. Honestly, Moog should just include these in a spring set. The pair of coil springs were seventy bucks, and 4 isolators added almost 50 bucks.. they are just rubber pads...

Good Quality
It took about 20 minutes to change out. It was easy to install, getting to it was the hard part. It stopped the truck from squeaking.

2001 Chevrolet Tahoe LS with ZW7 Premium Smooth Ride Package
I used these Moog Coil Spring Insulators with the Bilstein 199021 springs in the 2001 Chevy Tahoe. First I noticed that the center diameter (or cupped area) does not match the same size as the coil spring locator on the axle or frame. However the "cupped" inner area is the correct size to fit in the center of the coil spring. So I proceeded with the install under the assumption that the rubber insulator would just stretch over the spring locator (spring perch?) once the full weight of the car was pushing on it. I used 2 on each coil spring. They were put on top and bottom of the coil spring before placing the spring into the final location. The overall install of the springs was very easy. I did the following: - Loosened the wheel lugs - jacked up tahoe until wheels were no longer touching ground - placed jack stands on frame just forward of the tow kit mounting area - Removed plastic wheel liner - removed rear shock absorbers - disconnected passenger side rear sway bar upper link bolt to allow axle to droop further - Then coil springs could be removed by hand very easily.

One for each spring
Cushion for top of the spring was all that was necessary for my 2003 Envoy. None on the axle end of spring. Take bottom bolt off on shocks to allow most down travel of axle. This gets the spring pretty loose but not quite enough to remove it. I didn't remove stabilizer end link connection because I have spring compressors that got the inch or so needed to remove springs. Quality of the cushions seems great but time will tell.
