These work great, even on my gym mats. I ruined another brand of sliders on my concrete floor and came up with a whole alternative that really wasn’t working. I tried these out and I wish I had purchased a long time ago! They’re great, slide super easy and seem like they’ll hold up well.

Didn't want to buy these due to the price. However, I'm super glad I did. They are BIG. My foot doesn't come off of it and it has made the workouts flow so much easier. They're super durable! Had them for a month or so and used them several times, I'd buy them again.

Cheap enough that it's a no brainer. Very well made, slide nicely on most carpets. For such a low price u can do a bunch of different exercises like hamstring curls, one legged side squats or lunges, abdominal pikes, all kinds if pushups with slide outs or single arm flies between each pushup. Comes with videos that will give u ideas and show you how to use them. Worth the price.

I bought these after using them in pilates class. These arrived a little bent, so I will be returning . But they are great item to add to you workout tool belt.
