Awesome! Kid loves it
Bought for my 2.5yo son. He absolutely loves it! Very sturdy. Took my husband and I less than two hours to put together. Directions were good enough. It’s looks amazing. I would buy again any day. It will also last him a year or two with the size of it.

Great quality and plenty of space for multiple kids.
Love it! This play club house has enough space for several small kids at one time! It is a safe height and great quality. Kids are enjoying every minute outside now that they have this to play on. We will surely be able to use this until about the age of 5. The price was very comparable to other play sets of similar sizes and quality.

Great play set for a toddler
We had this same playset for my older daughter and she loved it so we had to get one for my little one that is 15 months old. She loves it! Has 2 slides multiple windows and crawl through spaces. Perfect size for her and easy to put together. Very sturdy and it even holds adults to crawl through and help her out as she figures it out. The hard plastic material will last for years in this Florida weather.

The Kids LOVE it!
I bought this for our church nursery. It took about 5 hours to put together (just my son and me). Some of the screws were difficult to get in and get tight. It took some finangling, but once we got it together and finished, it looked amazing! The kids love it. It is very sturdy and easily hold 4 toddlers at once. We like that there are two slides, kids can crawl under it, and it has all of the lookout windows. The downside is the bridge. The gaps where the bridge are are quite large and we have had several kids fall through them. It would be nice if they sold some netting or plexiglass to cover those two sides. Aside from that, it's a great purchase! Visiting kids love it. The second they open the nursery door, that is what they see. We love it and I would recommend it!

Expensive but worth it.
We were looking for a toddler playset/slid combo but there is either the small/cheap ones or this expensive big one. Well Amazon had it for the best price even when step2 had it on sale for Easter bc Amazon had free shipping. It took a little over two weeks to arrive at a time I was able to pick. Shipping: The shipment was delivered by a large delivery truck similar to FedEx. The guys called 15 mins before arriving which was fine but was told the night before half hour. The boxes were barely staying together and had multiple large openings and tears. They couldn't even pick up the boxes bc they weren't staying together. They kinda dropped it off the truck and slid it into my garage. Assembly: I put together the playset by myself. It's not easy so I would recommend finding a friend. It took 2 hours to complete. The directions aren't super clear so double check with the Amazon pictures of how it should look. I used a screwdriver to start most screws and finished with a screwgun. If I didn't use the screwgun my arms would have given out. When installing the bridge don't tighten the bolts fully as you may need to adjust when the walkway goes in. You will need a ratchet with a 1/2" socket and extender besides the screw driver and screwgun. It comes with the Allen key needed. I only received one damaged item (skylight). It's not a big deal as it's really just a window and can be installed easily once I receive the replacement. I emailed step2 this morning with all the details of my order and a few hours later received an email saying they will send a replacement part. Much easier than waiting on hold with 13 people ahead of me. The steering wheel turns. You have to properly install it for it to work. The cap that holds the steering wheel is what the screws hold down. Do not put the screws into the steering wheel or it won't turn. Kids: I have two little ones, both are under 3 but are big for their ages. They like it and it's a good size for them. They do have room to grow with the playset. This playset doesn't have tall platforms like others we looked at (was worried about kids falling off) but it's large enough for three kids to play on it at once. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I'm not happy that there wasn't anything between this $600+ playset and a $200 small playset. I like that it's not high off the ground and the bridge has high railings. The slides aren't tall so the kids don't really get a great ride down them but that's not an issue for me. The weight of this playset is good and not worried about it turning over. I can move it to mow but it's not super easy to move that a child can do it. I gave 5 stars because step2 responded to my email about the damaged part right away and it's a solid playset. UPDATE: it’s been 3 years and I wanted to give a follow up. The play set still looks like it did the first day we got it. The color has not faded and no issues at all. All the metal components are rust free and my kids who are now 4 and 5 still like to play on it even when they also have a full size swing set with a bridge and two massive slides. I usually just hose it down to clean out insets or pollen and let it dry in the sun. We def got our money worth with this play set!

Good quality, but not really big enough for larger/older kids
We got this for our son last year when he was almost one-and-a-half years old. He's now two-and-a-half, and has pretty much outgrown it, although he is uncommonly tall for his age (39-40" tall). He can't go through the entrances without ducking his head, and at his age he doesn't pay attention to things like that, so he's bumped his head a few times.. We've enjoyed having this for the last year, but unfortunately, I think we'll be trying to sell it soon, because I just can't see him playing on it much longer at the rate he's growing. I can't imagine what value he (or any six-year-old) would get out of this play set as he gets much older and keeps growing. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and I was able to assemble it in a couple of hours with occasional help from my wife. As others have mentioned, some of the screw/bolt holes were sealed up when the plastic was molded, but this is easily fixed if you have a drill. However, there are some areas that tend to collect little pools of water, so we've usually had to take a towel and dry it off, especially in the morning when there's dew, or after a rain. Otherwise it's quite sturdy and has been a lot of fun for our son.

Best purchase ever!!
This is probably one of the best items I've ever bought for my grandkids. It is costly, but will worth every penny! My grandson son is autistic and he loves it so much!! It is pretty large so make sure you have room.

Great item - Grandkids are going to love it!
Great item! Went together well, but instructions were horrible. Just pictures. Manual gives letter designations to pieces but the pieces don't have the letters on them! If STEP2 is reading this, reimburse me for the climber and I'll write you an excellent set of instructions that anyone can follow! Putting the instructions stuff aside, this is a great product. Sturdy, and holes and parts lined up properly. It took two of us just under 90 minutes to assemble. Shipping was by semi-truck and arrived a week early based on what Amazon had in the tracking. The truck showed up unannounced with no phone call prior. Lucky we were home. This may sound like a bad review, but it's not. The product is cool and buying on Amazon was at least a hundred bucks cheaper than the next store. Just wanted folks to know what to expect.
