Is this the same as dry gas? A friend told me that dry gas works very well to remove pitch/sap from the paint on my car.

Does stp water remover have a shelve life. i found a bottle in my gargage that hasn't been opened. its a few years old?

As long as the seal still intact... or just to be play safe on other side dont use it and buy a new one... and also its advisable to use this product after winter...

is this good for 2stroke (gas + oil) mixed tank? Trying to clean out any water in tank for my boat...

It's an alcohol base, but I would definitely not use alot. I believe it's a full bottle to a FULL tank of gas, too much will dilute the oil too much and possibly cause undo wear and premature failure in the engine parys. Hope this helped.
