Get ready to "Feel Alive!"
So my dad bought this for me one Christmas, like 4 or 5 years ago, and I've loved this stuff ever since. If you like hot sauces, like pranking your friends, and like really awesome-looking free skull key chains, then I recommend this sauce to anyone brave enough to get it. (I still remember the first food I tried it on and ruined the whole bowl, it was my my family's red beans and rice. I put like a teaspoon full in the bowl and mixed it up and tried to eat it. The first bite was excruciating, the second bite made me sick to my stomach it was so hot. After that, I had to watch how much I put in my foods, but thus began my love affair with Mega Death.) Where do I start with this? It tastes great. All the ingredients are natural. It's super hot. The Scoville rating on this thing is like 250,000 units. I put one drop in a bowl of anything to get a little heat, and then I don't have to worry about anyone messing with my food. lol. (In fact, it says on the bottle that it's over 500 times hotter than a jalapeno chili, and to dilute. Not with water, but what better way than in food?) I'll put 2 drops in if I really want a sweat fest. I never go over that, though. Too much of this stuff can be detrimental to your health, but that's part of what makes it awesome. It goes great in ramen, gumbo, red beans and rice, chili, stew, soups, homemade sauces, hot wings, mexican dishes, etc., etc. And that's another great thing about this sauce, since you don't use but maybe a drop or two per dish, it will last you forever. Mine could probably last me well over a year, as long as someone doesn't steal it, or the bottle gets lost, or falls off the refrigerator like my last one did. Which sucked, because either I have to order it on Amazon or I have to drive from the Mississippi coast over to the New Orleans/Slidell area of Louisiana to get more. Now that's a fun experience in itself, but it's just easier and cheaper to order it on here. I don't have to drive, and I save money on gas. lol. Oh, and it also comes in the really awesome coffin box, and with a free skull keychain, with the Blair's name permanently inked on its forehead. I could be called the bone collector, I have so many of these skulls hanging off my keychain. lol. But seriously, if you love hot stuff, or you love to mess with your friends, buy this. You will not be disappointed. And you WILL "Feel Alive!"

So good
This has some punch to it. I put some on most of my food and there are times the middle of my tongue and lips are hurting for it, and other times not. It’s funny how our bodies never react the same!! But it always adds to the food. It’s not just heat. It’s a great flavor. Really good on eggs, mixed in with pecans or other nuts, on wings, and on pizza. Oh it also is great on broccoli, I put a little on each floret and it’s wonderful. If you mix it with olive oil or butter it’s like a franks for people who like more heat.

Blair's sauces are ALWAYS great, regardless of heat level. Would recommend 100%
Blair's is *always* a solid go-to for hot sauce for even the most seasoned aficionados. Have tried every version from the mildest to the hottest, and their products are always heat. Have bought this & others before; will continue to do so 👍

as gimmicky as it is gingery
Very hot, would not contest that. As someone who really enjoys the endorphin rush from eating super spicy foods, this sauce leaves some to be desired. A small bit taken to the tongue does spread the way it should; from the center of the tongue out to the sides, and after that to the throat. That being said, the flavor leaves something to be desired. I'm no chef, and I do not want to insult the culinary mastermind behind this sauce, but I do have one complaint. This sauce is not as flavorful as it should be for a pepper freak, and almost too hot for a lightweight to mix with a big batch of whatever. Really, my biggest issue with the sauce is listed right in the ingredients; pepper extract. Furthermore, the ginger is really overpowering and takes away from an otherwise pleasantly inferno-ey experience. This sauce is right in the middle of being a novelty and being something i would keep in my own fridge for dosing a big batch of wings or meatballs. TL:DR; if you want novelty hot, do it. If you want to add flavor and heat to your meal, look elsewhere. This is a pepper extract sauce with a strong ginger overtone.

Sneaky heat, great overall taste.
I originally bought this to be a smart ass when my boyfriend said he could handle more heat than me. I ordered it Sunday, it arrived Thursday in a little coffin shaped box with the skull keychain attached to the bottle. I opened it, sniffed, and thought “hmm doesn’t smell hot 🤷🏽♀️.” So I poured a little dollop on a plate and dragged/dipped a piece of chicken in it. It’s definitely one of those heats that sneak up on you. It took about 5 seconds before the heat really gets you but once it does it is pretty damn hot. Milk didn’t help, you just have to ride the wave. I was honestly surprised it was that spicy considering it’s formulated with habanero and cayenne peppers, two pepper I can tolerate without a problem. Overall it has a good flavor though. I think it would be great diluted in my normal buffalo recipe for wings to add extra heat or maybe added to salsa. I’ve read other reviews saying the ginger flavor was overpowering but I didn’t experience that. I think it had a good smokey flavor. Will be adding into many recipes in the future.

Blow your mouth out with Sabor
I love a hot sauces, but I don't just want a burn -- I want it to taste good! Something to add something to the food experience. I've had other sauces where there's cinnamon, nutmeg, clove or other off-putting flavors that distract from the food you are eating. Also, I'm not a huge fan of habanero on its own and I don't always need things super spicy, sometimes I like a good ole simple cayenne hot sauce with a bit of vinegar or lime for a little kick. This one isn't those. It has a similar cayenne and smoky chipotle pepper flavor to it, without the habanero taking over (just enough to add the heat). Excellent in salsa, on chicken or pork, and probably other meats. But don't get me wrong, only try this if you love SPICY. It took me a month after it came in the mail for me to try after watching what it did to people on Hot Ones, but when I finally did I realized it wouldn't put me in cardiac arrest. However, this stuff does pack a mule kick of flavor. It's always a good day when your eye lids sweat. Go get some and enjoy.
