Like most Gluten Free alternatives the pouches are a bit expensive and under sized in comparison to non-Gluten Free products. Easy to make using eggs, oil, and milk; no extra "exotic" ingredients needed.

I’ve had celiac for 17 years. I am a pancake mix snob. I have tried them all. This mix is in my top three that I rotate regularly. And I only rotate them for the simple fact that each one serves a different purpose like another brand I like for buttermilk this brand I love to make corn, fritters, or protein, pancakes, or blueberry, pancake pancakes. And then another brand I use when I want them to be a little sweeter and more decadent because they use a tapioca flour. But this pancake mix right here by King Arthur should be in every single household that has a celiac family member or anyone with a gluten allergy. The pancake quality is superior. It fluff up absolutely beautifully. It bakes perfectly both in the oven and in this on the stove. You can make the pancakes thick by doing different things to thicken them. I find when I add corn to the mix that alone thickens the batter, but it’s more so about making sure the pour in the pan is controlled to the size that you desire. Every single time I make these I mix one bag up and then I split that one bowl into three bowls, one to mix with protein powder, one to mix with corn and one to have plain with blueberries. I then cook them up like normal on the pan. I freeze them and I heat them up in the oven at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes and it taste like I just took them off the griddle. Trust me when I say you want this product and I’ve even had people who don’t need to eat gluten-free eat my pancakes and tell me they taste better than their favorite that taste all nasty with gobs of icky gluten. 😉 if anything let that sway you into purchasing!!
