Great product, can definitely feel the positive effects subtlety in regards to core strength. I take at least three times a week.

Recover your childhood lungs! Great for history of breathing issues or needing a diver’s breathe.
Helps me breathe very well. Wish there were a cheaper alternative but best i’ve found :) Can start to feel the effects at about 3000mg a day after maybe 3 nights. You start to inhale bigger. Noticeable decrease in health if I stop for maybe a month.

Very good product
People don’t know that NAC ingredients is basically Sulfur and don’t understand why smells like sulfur, they’re big but I don’t have problems with big sizes, NAC activates Glutathione so the liver does his job detoxing the body Very good product 100% recommended

No criticism with the product at all, I just underestimated the size of the tablets (previously consumed smaller 750mg tablets and capsules). I'm not good with big tablets, however can get them down with something viscous like orange juice.

After listening to the Huberman Lab podcast, I purchased a bottle of the supplement. However, after taking one pill, I woke up extremely dizzy. I stopped taking it, and after half a day, I felt fine again. A week later, I tried again, but 8 hours later, I experienced vertigo-like dizziness. I immediately stopped taking it, and it's clear that the supplement is causing this reaction. Unfortunately, I can't return it.
