LaovanIn Women's Linen Cropped Pants Tapered Ankle Capris Trousers Elastic Waist

Wanted some laid-back, breathable linen pants, but frankly didn't want to spend a lot. Saw Laovanin's 100% linen pants in style I wanted for $35. Reviews were decent, and saw a certain color (gray) were $10 less than the others. Cool, that works. Ordered and received a few days later. I'm 5'0" tall, about 120lb, so short legged - Asian clothes usually fit me well. This is no exception. Comfy, soft, etc as expected; yes it wrinkles and isn't as soft maybe as man-made polyester, but I wanted a natural fabric, which obviously does those natural things 🙄 Like the color (saturation is fine), the 2 front slant pockets, elastic waist (vs cumbersome ties) and I like the length (see pic- I'm about 28" inseam) and overall fit. Washed with my cold darks on gentle/cold/perm press cycle, then - oops - put in dryer w/same. Meant to hang dry but... OMG! No shrinkage! I'd worn them before washing so know what it looked and wore like so ... huh! Happily surprised that it came thru wash and dry cycles just fine! Pic shown is AFTER the laundry. On average American sized bodies will probably be shorter on the leg, but this works for me just great! Off to buy more. Definitely recommend.

I am 5’1.5 and the medium fits perfectly. Love the material, even if it’s a bit stiff. It’s a perfect pair of black pants.

UPDATE: I was so pleased with the fit and quality of these pants i ordered 2 more. All 3 pants have different waist and hip measurements, as if different sizes. I cannot vouch for the sizing. Take your chances. But the quality is good if you get one that fits. I was very skeptical, but bought this anyway. I went by the size chart measurements (one size up from things i own) and it fit really well. So look at the size chart before you buy. Nice quality linen. Yes, linen always wrinkles, but it is a cool fabric in the summer. I just ordered the grey.

The fabric color and quality was as expected, very nice,. I find that the rise of the pants is too long, so find them uncomfortably, and unflatteringly droopy. I have to fold the waste band down to shorten it, then the legs are shorter than I’d like. They wash fine on cold and hung to dry.

These pants are too big, have too much material, and rough and bulky around the waist. Just don’t buy them.

True to size and cool material

Comfortable and chic. These pants are perfect for summer as they are lightweight and breathable. Highly recommend!

My experience has been a headache from the start. - I purchase the beige pants in a size medium. I received beige pants, but the completely wrong size, no tag to indicate that they were a medium, but the measurements of hips, thigh and length were completely off and way smaller than indicated by the company’s size chart. - When I requested for a return the seller said they would send the right size. I received the right size but they were white pants, completely see-through and I couldn’t wear them in public. - To this day, I have exchanged many messages with the seller, and they are still not admitting that they sent me white pants instead of beige, they said there is some color difference lol when one is clearly beige and the other is white. I have sent pictures to prove this but they are just being silly at this point. Anyways what a mess, pls save yourself the headache and purchase from another seller with standardized sizes and that can tell the difference between colors.

These pants are a lovely fabric but the size was not as advertised. The business responded promptly by sending a replacement pair. Unfortunately, although very nice fabric, the length was still not meeting advertised size. Thank you for your customer care.

Sizing is nothing like the measurements provided. Way way smaller than the sizing chart Waste of money. Don’t buy unless you are a size 0

Ordered size M by the measurements, provided by the manufacturer in the product description, the label says it's size L, in the reality- perhaps, XS-S. Wanted to return these pair of pants to get fully refunded, however the company representative wrote that "it will cost you a lot of money ", so after a long and confusing discussion back and forth we agreed that I'll keep the pants and get $13 refund
