Terrible product. It was not packed properly and when opened due to exposure to air it had different texture and reaction.One packet which looked ok, created reaction, the rashes lasted few days in the tested area.

Easy to mix and colors in 5 minutes, if you want it really dark, leave it in for 15 minutes, it gives you black and not dark brown, the longer you leave the product in your hair. Not messy to mix at all.
