Medical Pouch - 1000D Tactical MOLLE EMT Pouches First Aid IFAK Utility Bag with First Aid Patch and Shear

I have these to add stuff to my camera backpack. One is dedicated for first aid the other to anything I want to make easily accessible. Very pleased with quality but make sure the size is right for you. I recommend based on quality.

Bought this for my husband for his mountain bike. It was the perfect size for him to keep his medical supplies separate in his bike bag that mounts on the back of the bike And still have room. I bought extra for his ridding friends.

This is not a bad price on two pouches. They're a good size for a first aid kit, and should be able to hold everything you would want it to. There is a drain hole in the bottom of the pouch and the inside is lined with plastic. Due to the hole it's not a waterproof but it's definitely weatherproof. There are different size straps inside the whole different items that you may need or want. Overall a very good basic design that was well thought out. Why four stars instead of five? The pouches on their own are a good deal, and are worthy of five stars if they were just by themselves. But they aren't by themselves they come with two trauma shears and two cross patches. The cross patches are what they are. There's not much Velcro on the pouch to begin with, and the patches just kind of fit on there not really all that well. There's going to be edges of the patch sticking out past the velcro, and these are going to come off fairly easily. There's not a lot to the hook there on the back. And the trauma shears are good if you don't have them, but are low quality. You may think about replacing these. Out of the two, I have one that I will probably keep and one that looks like it's not going to do much at all and I'll probably throw away. So don't buy these for the shears. I'm sure they would work better than not having any, but the difference in quality and use is sort of the difference between school safety scissors and those big Iron ones that your grandma has. You know exactly what I'm talking about lol. Overall a very decent package with two pouches. I do wish the choices were a bit more open. I went with tans and black I would have preferred to get tan and green, but for some reason that is not an option even though they have green available with black.

These med packs are awesome! Quality materials and construction. They have many compartments inside for organizing gear. Very nice morale patches and sharp shears included as well! If you're looking to put together a first aid kit I highly recommend these pouches.

For the price, this bag is amazing and tough enough. The scissors are cheap but they are definitely good enough for a few uses. I’ll sharpen mine but for the price, I’m very happy with this deal

I got these originally as external containers for my molle system day bag and my bugout bag. These are built okay, but they don't feature much when it comes to internal space management. So these are relegated to under the seat first aid kits for our cars. I prefer more internal compartments to secure the various items found in a well-stocked first aid kit.

This is a great bag for an IFAK bag, the zippers open all the way to allow you access yet keep you items inside. I have it mounted on back of my tactical vest.

Good value to make your own IFLAKs with the items you prefer, instead of premade kit. Have a kit in every vehicle, rucksack et cetera Most premade kits have lots of made in China items.
