So easy to make sushi rice with this
I use this to make sushi rice, and it's so easy. Cook the rice, and sprinkle on the seasoning. Since it's powder, it prevents the rice from getting wet like it does with the rice wine vinegar. A bit pricey but everyone else seems to be out of stock. You can also make the rice as weak or strong flavored as you prefer.

A pantry staple for sushi lovers
I made sushi like most parents make sandwiches. School lunches, potlucks, a quick dinner... We make a lot of sushi and its often not planned ahead of time. With the sushi powder though, it's easy to have quality sushi rice ready at a moment notice. I use my instant pot quickly cook rice and then sprinkle this powder over the top. The powder not only tastes great, but also makes the rice a little less sticky, so it spreads easily and has a nice mouthfeel. I always keep this stocked in the pantry.

No More Rice Vinegar For Me
I probably never would have tried this if my sister-in-law didn't make me sushi one amazing night. My husband and I had so many failed attempts at making good sushi--we kept trying to make the rice with rice vinegar, and sugar like every single sushi rice recipe calls for--this always ended in disappointment.This seasoning has really made all the difference, it's really easy to use, and you don't need that much of it.Seriously though, if you're going to make sushi at home, this stuff is essential!
