How long do they last? If we are going on a 7 night cruise will one pair last for the whole trip?

Yes. There is nothing about the wristbands that breaks down, so they can last a long time - at least as long as the elastic wristband lasts.

What is the recommended size for a twelve year old - adult or child?

Depends on wrist size. I have a small wrist, 7in, so I ordered child size. It fits but is uncomfortable for me. Wish I had ordered adult.

I have a toddler who is 15 months. This product says 3 and up. Has anyone tried this on younger tots?

I first used this on my 15 month old toddler on a 15-hour flight. Worked great. No vomiting on the plane. He's now 6 1/2 years old and we still use this every time we go on a long drive.

are they good for 4 years old and 1 1/2 year old?

i would say they should be okay. we've had ours for several years now, and i had a set from when i was a kid. the little piece that you are supposed to put on the pressure point or whatever has never come loose. my son was 3 when we got them, and he never had any trouble with them, but i had to be diligent in taking them from him when we left the car or he would take them off and set them down! but yeah, i would say if they are needed, they could work for kids too. as far as exact size, i dont know. they fit my son just fine when we got them, but who knows for a 1 1/2 year old if they would stay on the w.sts anyway. they should, they seem snug when new.
