Great replacement filters
Great replacement filters. I had purchased from another company for years that is no longer in business. Gave these a shot and have had no issues

Size up! Watch for actual dimensions vs marketed dimensions
If you need filters that are just over 4 inches, get these x5. Don't struggle with the 16x25x4 option as the real dimensions are smaller and you'll be upset with too much space around it. Noticed all the comments complaining the size issue and realized the need to increase to the x5 option, which is in reality slightly more than 4 inches wide. Received and fits perfect, no issues. Wish they would just advertise the actual dimensions instead of creating a misconception based on size marketed vs actual dimension. No feedback on filter quality or how long they last yet.

Check the measurements, great filters
They are what they say they are, air filters that do the job. Definitely check the exact measurements, this one worked for me but the 20x25x5 is not what the exact measurements are. I can't remember so look it up

Filters are great...but... (UPDATED)
I have purchased these filters before and they worked great. This is the first time I purchased a 4 pack. The shipping container for the 4 pack is not nearly sufficient to prevent the filters from becoming crushed. Of the 4 filters shipped, 2 of them were crushed to the point that they were not usable. I was able to straighten them out and install them, but this took time and I'm pretty sure they are not properly sealed in the furnace slot. Update: I've changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Why? The product is very good, at a good price and fits the furnace slot as described. My initial 3 stars was because I was disappointed about the condition the filters arrived. The company contacted me to discuss the issue and after showing them a couple photos of the damaged filters, they promptly sent me a couple of replacements...which arrived undamaged. Damaged filters from the original order have been turfed and goodwill in this company has been restored.

The filters were the correct size for my furnace. The price was right and the quality was as good as the name brands . They arrived damaged.
