I was extremely skeptical at first. I bought these for my 16 yr old because she suffered extreme cramping, bloating, fatigue, and her flow was extremely heavy. I knew all her Dr would offer is BC and I wasn't going to destroy her hormones for the rest of her life. This supplement took care of it all! She barely ever cramps, she goes to work without issue, and her flow is mostly light now. No more crying in bed all day begging for ibuprofen! But give it time, it isn't magic. She's on her 4th or 5th bottle and it wasn't until the end of her 1st bottle, and into her 2nd cycle that she noticed a difference. Also really helped with her mood swings!

I bought this because my PMS symptoms can get out of control. And they sometimes seem to last far longer than a week - constantly being un-agreeable and up tight and irrationally emotional which is opposite to my usual state, bloated to the point where some of my clothes do not fit, major breakouts, and an appetite that makes me question everything about the human body. For the past 3 cycles, I've taken this at the very first sign of those symptoms, and I've noticed improvement! It hasn't completely eliminated any of my symptoms, but absolutely makes them small enough for me to actually be able to overlook - which has not been possible otherwise. I've noticed 0 negative side effects.The only con is that I wish the bottles contained more pills! Because of the quantity, I take them about 3-4x during PMS week rather than every day. But still notice the benefits, which is great!If you're a lady at your wits end, I'd say give it a try! I'm 40+, my PMS symptoms seems to be getting worse as I age. I've used this product for the past 3 cycles (or 3 months) to make sure I could get an accurate idea of how these would work. They help me with the fatigue, keeps my mood even, and reduces cramping a lot, it is a noticeable difference. However it doesn't seem to do anything at all for the bloating, but that goes away on it's own after a day or two anyway. I find it helps if you start taking it a day or two before you expect your cycle to start. The effects are beneficial enough that I will continue using this and have also talked my daughter into using it as well.

I bought a 3 months supply of this pill hoping it would help me bring back my periods after being on the depo shot for 6 years. I’ve taken it for 3 weeks now an sadly nothing has happened. I’m hoping once I get my periods back I’ll be able to try to conceive. I really hope it will start working I will definitely update this if it does. But so far it hasn’t. I’m thinking it’s not working because I am considered obese an might need a higher dosage but I am not entirely sure.2 MONTH UPDATE: I have been taking these for over two months now I started taking them October 3rd an it’s December 7th now. I do not believe these are going to work for me they were probably a waste of money. So for people on the heavier side it might be worth a try but I don’t know it didn’t work for me. I wish baby dust to everyone hoping to get there periods back an have a baby.

Before I started taking these, I became extremely tired and bloated days before my menstrual period. I tried this because the the reviews were fairly good and the price was even better. I have been recommending it to my family and colleagues because these symptoms have lessened significantly for the two cycles in which I have been taking it. I am I am disappointed that the price has almost doubled in such a short time and hope I don't have to search elsewhere for the relief that this has provided any time soon due price hiking over short periods of time

So far it's great for balancing my hormones. It has decreased the awful hormonal migraines I used to get. I take two capsules a day.

He tenido muchos problemas de estrés que me han dado estragos en mi saludo especialmente en mis periodos debido a la alta prolactina que me provocó la ausencia de mi periodo por casi 2 meses desde que empecé a consumirlo me bajó y se ha comenzó a regular mi periodo, ahora falta ver si al término de tratamiento siguen funcionando, eso si no he visto que los cólicos disminuyan, pero si los síndrome premenstruales, así que recomiendo el producto debido que si te ayuda a regular tu periodo por cuestiones hormonales estrés, etc.
