Are these dishwasher safe?

I never thought of putting them in a dishwasher. I don't know. I will tell you that they were shrink wrapped before the hardware was put on, so it's hard to get all of the plastic wrap off. I would be concerned about water getting under the hardware and taking a long time to dry.

Would I be able to hang these on a wall with small command hook?

No. This is a solid clipboard. There is no hole for a hook. If you plan on wall mounting this clipboard I suggest double sided stick tape. I believe command makes some as well.

How wide in millimeters is the hole of the retractable hanging loop? I'm looking for hardware to hang these on my office wall.

Looks like everyone is getting a different answer! On my clipboards the whole retractable tab is 7mm wide. The actual hole is 4mm in diameter.
