Does this help with sleeping problems?

I have always had a pretty rough time getting a good nights sleep. I not sure if it has been the Choline or not but that is the only thing I can think of that has changed in my life for the last couple of months. My point is that lately (two weeks) I have had the best sleep I've had in a very long time. It's been great but as I said, I'm not sure if it is the Choline or not. All I can say is I will continue taking it. I hope this helps without sounding like some type of hype.

Hello i need to ask are that pills is organic ?

I do not know. I wasn't able to take these since the tablets are so big. My husband took these, but, that was many months ago. We no longer have the bottle to review.

What is the source of the choline in this? Animal or vegetable or combo?

I was going to click on "I don't know" but I can tell youwhat the bottle label says: under the "Choline 500mg" = "BITARTRATE" and the label also states "no artificial ingredients, preservatives, yeast, milk, lactose,wheat, soy or sugar. Other ingredients: Modified cellulose, Aqueous coating solution, Modified cellulose gum, Stearic acid, Magnesium stearate, Silica." Hope that helps.
