Do I need swim nappy cover or I can use normal swim nappy with this suit?

You would need swim nappy and nappy cover I think, that’s what we use (we brought matching swimming costume with built in nappy as it seals around legs to avoid any leakage)

How tight are these supposed to be? 0-6 month has little room and velcro exposed on waist and on last bit on shoulders. 6-18 seems quite baggy.

Baby is four months but only tiny. It fits perfect 0 to 6 months. And I think she will get lots of use out of it x

Would this product fall under hygiene products? If it is too small, will I be able to return it?

No it’s a wrap (similar to wet suit material) to keep baby warm in water and give parents better grip
