Has anyone used this behind the front row of seats in a Subaru Forester?

Yes, I have mine installed behind the driver seat of my 2017 Forester. It fits just fine.

I have a 2016 jeep grand cherokee. will this fit behind the back seats as well as the front seats? how deep? only dimension i see is 50" across

I purchased this for a 2014 Sonata and got to fit in my 2014 Santa-Fe and it work well. I don't know about a Jeep. I seem to remember there being two different widths and I don't remember which I purchased. Whichever one I purchased should have fit a Sonata. Hope this helped.

For those who have it installed in a 2015 Subaru Outback, which of the two sizes did you find works best?
