This pimple vacuum doesn't really break open a pimple on its own, but if you pierce it first then suck it out it works amazing. If you leave it on one spot too long without it getting the pimple it will leave a hickey like bump, but I've noticed that actually helps get rid of the pimple faster. The reviews are what prompted me to purchase this item & I think I made the wrong decision. I have used only once & find it somewhat difficult to use & I guess I'll just keep it stored in my bathroom cabinet.

Didn’t really help
Bought this for my 13 year old daughter, she gets deep black heads on her nose. It didn’t really help, we used it a few times and it didn’t manage to extract a single black head. We now use it for the red light

Not worth the hype
Doesn't seem to remove blackheads very easily. It does suck the skin into the attachment, but leaves the blackheads as well. If you leave the attachment in one place too long (trying to get the black head out) it makes that spot swell. We'll stick to the peel off charcoal masks

Totally ineffective
Totally ineffective. How are they even allowed to sell this?

Cleanse pores
It comes really nice package and box. My wife loved it. The suction is really strong specially if you are using the large lobes. Have been use all of the 4th lobes. The Large lobe really cleans pore on my nose although leave red mark for awhile. the micro-grey lobes is perfectly clean my skin. I know straightaway that I have dead skin after use it and not doing a proper facial care all this time. This vacuum pore perfectly fit for my wife doing facial care for her and mine.
