This does help my back. I wish the product came with adjustable vertical straps. It has a horizontal strap to place over (i.e., across) a chair; yet, the two inner vertical straps are not secured to the chair. I have to use Velcro straps for stability. However, I still use this product when I am on my PC.

The description stated suitable for desk chair or in a vehicle seat. I purchased mine to replace the one I've been using wore out for my driver seat. The first thing I noticed when using this one just purchased for the first time, in the raised area, is not wide enough to cover all of my back! I feel like I'm missing part of it!It was super bouncy the first week and has now settled from that.Overall, it's ok. But I think I miss my old one....

Great support from this lumbar support item. Great price. Delivery took a bit f a wait though.

This was a nice product when I had a location based job, even with a 30 minute per way commute. It worked pretty good and provided adequate back support for that and for shorter distance driving. However, I would not recommend it for people who drive distances or work delivery, taxi or rideshare jobs as it winds up uncomfortable and not very supportive after awhile.Another issue I had, even from the start, is that I could BARELY get the strap to go around the drivers seat in my Nissan compact sedan as it just wasn't long enogh/couldn't stretch enough to really fit well and eventually the strap snapped. Could I still use it without? Probably but with the support not being enough anymore, I stopped using it after about 6 months. Since I stopped using it, I've tried a few different small and throw pillows but have actually just ordered an actual foam lumbar support pillow as a replacement as my back pain when driving has gotten progressively worse over the last 3 months (stopped using it finally a month ago when the strap snapped).

This product is horrible, it doesn't even take its shape more than a hour and if flattens out completely to what the seat forms like, this is definitely not stiff enough, it's going back, save yourself the headache buy something more sturdier and firm that doesn't flatten out in less than an hour,

My old car had lumbar support new one didn’t so I bought this based on price and reviews. Great choice and the black mixes with the black seats so it’s not so obvious. I drive a lot especially in hours of traffic. It’s better than my old cars lumbar support that was built in. Highly recommend

Cant be sure exactly how long it was since it broke but it's been just under two months of almost daily use before I noticed that it no longer gave any support. Took it off to find that the metal had snapped and pierced through the fabric. Luckily no damage to the car seat.

Honestly, for the price I thought, "What the heck, if it's good, it's good, if it's not, then I throw it away." But, I ended up loving it and referring it to other people. I use it at work because our desk chairs have 0 support. The mesh makes it breathable (so you don't get hot) and it's very light so if you do need to move it, it's easy. My back pain didn't disappear magically, but overall my comfort level in my cubicle at work has increased significantly.
