(PK) The Kennedy Cup(c)

Gets the job done
I bought these for my father in law who is mostly bedridden. He likes them because he doesn't have to worry about spilling his drink on himself. He can't do many tasks in his own anymore, so being able to take a drink by himself makes him content. The cups are pretty small, and the handle is kinda flimsy, but overall it works great for our situation.

Not ideal for handicapped persons
I needed cups for a handicapped person. The cups are not practical because you can only put a few ounces in them and then another is needed. The cups need to be constantly filled and the handicap person cannot do this on her own.

Also it would be nice to buy the lids by themselves and not as ...
If you put the lid on too tight it can suction the liquid up through the straw. Also it would be nice to buy the lids by themselves and not as an add-on.

Use Constantly
The cup is spill proof if you only fill it to the 7 oz line. My dad has Alzheimer's and dumping his cups is a daily event. The Kennedy cup does prevent that from spilling, he even turns it upside down trying to dump it. Once in a while he takes the cover off, nothing we can do about that but we use the cup for every meal and every snack.

Only received 1, and very small
These are VERY small, but worked for my grandfather with Parkinson’s that was in hospice. It was supposed to come with 2, but we only got 1.

Does what it says!
Great cup for little hands that can't always hold onto them.
