Had to replace mine. That was like this because it had gotten old and accidentally fell off into some water and some of the buttons had quit working. This one is exactly like my other one. It seems to be working absolutely perfect. The price was very good for this. I'm extremely satisfied

My original Hisense Remote EN2A27 On/off button, my numbers 1,2,4,5 stopped working all of a sudden so I came to Amazon and found this replacement remote. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Sunday. I put in my own 2-triple A batteries and turned on my TV and every button now works once again including the short cut buttons;Netflix,Amazon,Vudu and YouTube. So far so good so I would highly recommend this product especially at this low low price.

this is the second remote i've bought after the remote that came with my tv. Hisense remote quality is terrible. after about 2 years each remote has gotten increasingly less responsive. The first replacement worked great until about the 2 year mark and now i have to stand 2 feet from the tv to get it to respond.the replacement I ordered recently wouldn't even connect to the tv.terrible! won't be buying a hisense tv ever again.
