Typhoo tea bags

I saw a clip where Paul McCartney was talking about his early years and how he and John would smoke Typhoo tea...of course nothing happened...but they were young and not able to buy weed. The story was just interesting enough for me to see if Typhoo was still around, and they sure are. Typhoo is a great everyday breakfast tea. It's not woody at all, and there is a hint of sweetness...just a hint...just right. easily drinkable on its own. It's packaging is the best. 40 ROUND tea bags with NO strings make this a brewers dream. Each 40 bags are encapsulated by an airtight thin foil package...so long term storage should not be an issue. I always keep two large boxes (almost 1000 bags) of Typhoo in my pantry as emergency backup. The price is right...the taste is very good...and storing it long term is easy. But don't smoke it...

Make sure you get the right one. Thos one is in round tea backs and tastes amazing. The mooorre one is a square tea bag and doesnt taste quite the same

My son and I gave up drinking soda because we were concerned about the amount of plastic going into our recycle bin and the amount of money going out of my pocket. I decided to try iced tea. We've tried other teas that just seemed to lack flavor so I searched for strong tea and this came up. It is stronger but that's not what has won us over. The flavor is excellent. It brewed up very dark in color -it looked more like strong coffee. We were a bit hesitant to taste it but finally we did and WOW. This is the best tea I have ever tasted and my son thinks is excellent also. We have found our tea.

We discovered Tyfoo Tea while visiting family in Canada. It is wonderfully full-bodied and flavourful. It is also not sold as readily in the US as it is in Canada so this is a great find for my wife and I. She drinks the decaf and I drink the regular tea. Both are excellent. Furthermore the price from this seller is VERY, VERY reasonable, and coupled with free Prime shipping it is no more expensive than in Canada. Hats off to Amazon for selling this item.

The best English tea!

Typhoo tea is the best tea I have ever had. It has a rich flavor. It is stronger than the average English tea, but that is what I love about it. You can even use one bag twice if you choose. The price is a little steep(no pun intended), but I think it is worth it.

My favorite tea. But, this delivery, the boxes have changed and the bags are not round and not in foil packs by 40 bags. I have 240 bags in cardboard. Not happy

Very good price for the amount of tea. I alway drink this tea and had it for ages. Always recommended
