Can i use it to cut ser or seu cables?

I bought this for my son, so I checked with him. He said it would cut these cables if there isn't a steel strand in them. I hope this helps. My son is an electrician and he finds this tool works very well.

Will these cut 3/8" 7x9 Galvanized aircraft cable?

Not sure, haven’t tried. If the cable is made of steel I would say no. There is a warning on the cutting blades that states “do not cut steel.” If made of aluminum, I would say yes. Cuts 600 MCM aluminum EC Wire fine and that is much thicker.
