Royal Berkey with Stainless Steel Spigot

The royal Berkey is truly great. Tje water tastes really nice. Coffee and tea are better. Vegetables coolked in the water are better.The steel faucet is a naturally better solution than the cheap plastic version. The rubber grommets. Without a way to see how full it is,you have to get used to filling it up regularly but not to much or it will leak at the top.Priming with the rubber grommet supplied is very difficult and not 100% successful: we were not able to prime the filters to the point of having the maximum flow. I would reccomend trying the priming pump.A half an inch or so of water always remains at the bottom of each tank, so i would suggest emptying them weekly and drying to prevent bacterial growth.We bought the Royal with 2 filters and it's perfect for a family of 5 for drinks and cooking.The shipment from the Dutch seller was quick and everything was in good shape.
