Problems opening the pump on the eminence cleanser? Help

I don't remember having a problem with the pump. but try pushing top down and turning it at the same time. you may have to take it out of the bottle first . I hope that helps .

I just received this, but it smells a little strange.  I have never ordered before, just want to make sure its supposed to smell this way,not old?

I’ve used all of the clear skin probiotic products from eminence and they all have a strange smell so it’s probably normal

Did the packaging change? The new product looks fake.

Yes it did change. But you do want to be careful, though I've not had this problem I have hear that some people order emenince products from amazon and it's old. Again I've never had this issue and they just recently changed the packaging so this packaging should still be good for a while.

Question 4

Is this product the real thin g when purchased from amazon? They are not an authorized distributor so I'm leary of buying it.

Good evening Nathan:  Sorry for not responding sooner.  I am an authorized Eminence dealer, and therefore, I take it very seriously, and so does the company.  As an authorized dealer, we go through constant training and testing, and as a result we can then make the proper recommendations, and give you the proper advice and products for your conditions.  On top of that, I have heard of companies on Amazon selling not the actual Eminence product, and as a result, the customer is not getting the result they need, if not damaging their skin.Therefore, to be safer, I prefer you purchase from an authorized dealer, such as myself.  Then as a result, you know, that they can tell you when the product was made, what batch number it came from, and if the product is fresh or expired.Hope this helps to answer your question.
