how do i know this is kraft? i really like kraft. do they have same taste or quality?

This sure didn't taste like the normal Kraft candy that I usually get. It was stale, tasted old, was very grainy. Not up to normal Kraft candy. Not sure if was the regular Kraft or not. I just know I won't ever buy it again.

Does this candy contain a chemical called 4-MEI, which is typically found in caramel coloring?

It does does. The ingredients for this candy are Corn Syrup, Sugar, Skim Milk, Palm Oil, Whey (from Milk), Salt, Artificial and Natural Flavor, Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier)
