Very effective, no strong scent, and no lingering after taste
I use lemon bomb essence because I have severe anxiety disorder. I literally put four drops under my tongue once a day, and it seems to keep my anxiety under wraps to the point where I am no longer smoking so much, problems with intrusive thoughts are not so bad, and the flashbacks have reduced to that one every other day or so. To the company that makes this product please do not raise the price. Please do not change the formulation. Please keep this product available at all times everywhere.. I know this sounds very intense, but I need this product every single day without fail.

Lemon balm
It did take a week or more to work for me. The taste is not great but it works. Back in the day cough medicine did not taste good either! Less appetite, stress and sleeping a little better.

Constipation
Honestly I was all for this until recently I realized it is causing my son and I both constipation. So Im a little disappointed bc it should aid in digestion. ๐ฉ
