My review from previous purchases. These are still the best pans I have ever purchased. Came to these Fat Daddio pans late in my life. They are well made, sturdy, have a great rim for holding on to. This is the 6th pan I have purchased. They conduct heat well, heat evenly, release baked and cooked on food readily, are easy to clean, sometimes with just a little soaking. Just great pans. And they come in a huge number of sizes and shapes (a few less during the pandemic). I use mine in a toaster oven, as that is what I have. And they are great. Even my pies finally no longer have a soggy bottom! I use them for both sweet and savory dishes interchangeably. There is no coating on these pans, I use baking soda and Dawn dish soap paste on the after a gentle scrubbing with my stainless steel scrubber. The soda/soap paste gets them very clean, although there is a slight amount of staining no matter what I do. Stains do not affect cooking or flavor that I have noted. If I had more budget I would buy a couple more sizes.

The only complaint I have is these cake pans were sent in a padded envelope. They each had a ding or two, but they were small and I didn't feel they would be of consequence to the function of the pans. I have always used non-stick coated baking pans and made the switch with these pans. They did not disappoint. I bake a lot and I love these pans. The edges of the cake did not overly brown and the layers did not stick. The clean up was easy with just Dawn and hot water. No soaking needed! The rim around the pans makes it easy to grip for removal from the oven. I plan to replace all my non-stick baking pans with Fat Daddio pans!

BakeDeco seller is great, Fat Daddio's is great. Amazon? Not so much. Premium product with substandard fulfillment and shipment by Amazon. Poor, inadequate shipping in a polyvinyl (a plastic bag) mailer. This is a lightweight aluminum sheet pan that needs more than just a paper or plastic bag to ship it in. Product arrived warped. When I place the pan on a flat surface, it rocks a bit in all directions and spins freely. Reached out to Fat Daddio's customer service to which they promptly replied, "I would consider returning it and getting a new one. This pan should not be warped." I rarely return items to Amazon but, this is becoming more frequent. They don't offer a refund, just a replacement or credit to Amazon account. This is a no-win offer. If I ask for a replacement, it just risks the same problem with Amazon packaging in a paper or plastic bag. Will get a replacement at Michaels or other retailer where I can put my hands on the item first before purchasing.

Already own Fat Daddios 8" cake pans. Love those so selected the 8 x 8 pan as well. Excellent pan. Well made and heavy duty just like the previously purchased pans.
