It doesn’t even matter, because it doesn’t work.

How many hours does each patch work for?

We can usually say it can stay warm up to 6 hours. But yes, just like our other customer already kindly said, it might last longer than that possibly. The reason why we designed that CrampCareH keeps warm for up to 6 hours is to prevent our beloved customers from low-temperature burn as the patch stays on the body for a couple of hours. (although against on the underwear, not directly on skin). Hope this helps :)

What are the ingredients?

The ingredients are not mentioned on the box. It doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Why can’t you sleep with them on

They could burn your skin. You're more likely to roll over onto the area with the patch which will make firmer contact with your skin and then the amount of heat that's okay when you're not pressing on the pad gets to be too much.
