Mine came in clear sealed plastic. no name/info. how can i be sure these are gluten free?

Sorry for the late response. I just received my 3rd order yesterday. It is packed with clear sealed plastic. The information of this product is listed on the button of main page in amazon. It is gluten free. As I said, this is my 3rd order and no problems occurred.

Is this product made in Japan? When is the expiry date?

This product is made in Japan. Shelf life is 12 months from manufactured date.

How do I get them to not be mushy?

You might try adjusting the boiling time (if it's mushy, shorten cook time) and/or rinse and drain the noodles after cooking. If you are making noodle soup, make the noodles and the soup separately and then combine to serve.

How do I know these are certified gluten free if they’re in different packaging than the wavy ones.

Our dried noodle products are not certified gluten free, however, we use a third party laboratory to test all of our products. The dried noodles have less than 2ppm gluten - far less than the FDA standard of 20ppm to call a product "gluten free." We assure you that all of our products are gluten free and safe. The noodles are also vegan and free of the top 8 allergens (free of dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy).
