Thick so your brush doesn't hold much, so much better when being applied with a roller. It's a good paint that certainly dries tough. It is not quite as matt as I would like. It's very thick, which makes it a little tricky to apply. Furthermore, it does not like being put on absorbent surfaces - it just makes it more difficult to apply. I prefer this to the standard Dulux Vinyl, because it is so tough and mark resistant. It's not too absorbent (which the standard vinyl is). You can actually paint just about anything with it, architraves, skirting boards and radiators. It will happily take an additional coat of a decorator varnish (Polyvine) if you want to change its sheen or toughen it up for a heavy wear resistance. Wild Primrose is exactly the colour you would expect. A pure, light yellow. An alternative to this is Buttermilk which is almost the same but more subdued (lower saturation). Highly recommended.

I Managed to cover my large living room and the hallway with some to spare..for such a small tin..make sure you spread it though..

Searched for this colour and so had no choice but to try it. As an experienced decorator I found this 'easycare kitchen/washable matt' rather troublesome to apply but it's worth persevering. Don't overbrush and finish each section on an upward stroke and don't panic-it dries back to a good finish. After 2 hours, the kettle and brush are sticky and it's best to wash both and start with fresh. It's as though it wants to dry even whilst your brushing but I guess this is due to its composition as a washable matt! Worth the effort, but hope this post helps to get the good finish that has caused me to do the entire downstairs!

Whilst this is advertised as a kitchen paint I used it for our living room because I loved the colour. The paint is very thick and easy to apply. I was painting over a sage green colour so it took me three layers to get rid of the green colour but I think if I had painted over a lighter colour two coats would have done the trick.
