Hey, had these a few weeks and now they have stopped pairing to eachother and my 0hone cant find them! My manual has been thrown away help!!

Please don't worry. I will do my best to help. Please kindly try to delete the previous bluetooth connection history and try as following:
Take out two earbuds at the same time and they will match automatically, Turn on Bluetooth for Mobile phone and connect the earbuds via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth name of the earbuds is TWS X26. When the connection is successful, the light on earbud goes out.

Hi, are they compatible with the samsung s10? this model doesn't seem to be listed as being compatible?

Yes, they are compatible with all Android and iOS phone. Here are some information that might help:
1. Please kindly check the instruction video on our website: Access http://www. jimwey.net > Click 'Download' > Click 'Video'
2. Try to reset to factory defaults: delete the bluetooth connection history > turn off the earbuds > long press both earbuds for 30 seconds > put them back to charge box > take them out and pair them like the first time use.

DO these headphones work well for making and receiving calls?

Having used these headphones for over a couple of weeks now here are the pros and cons from my perspective:
Pros: 1- Excellent sound quality and noise reduction is very decent. 2- Very easy to set-up and use. 3- Long battery life 4- Answering a call is a doddle. The caller might complain of ambient noise from this end but this is common to all similar devices where there is no mic-arm that extends to the front. 
Cons: 1- Stop/Pause play and Power On/Off are all done by a gentle touch or tap on the device, which sounds very practical, however, during physical activity the device will move and you will want to push it back into your ear to secure it, which will cause the device to either pause play or skip to next track every single time (single tap pause/play, two second long tap skip to next track). There is no way to secure the device in the ear without touching it and that will cause it to start, stop, pause and skip all the time. This is so annoying and impractical that I would go as far as NOT recommending the device to anyone who wants to use it in the gym or for outdoor sports. They are great for a gentle stroll or on public transport but not for sports! 2- The earphones will fir in the case securely, but if you have slightly chubby fingers like me, then taking them out of the case is fiddly. 3- They are made of very smooth material (very nice to the touch and very tactile) but if you are not extremely careful they will slip from your fingers. 
As I only use headphones in the gym, I am looking for a replacement.
