What size for a 5' 3" tall person?

The smaller size. I am 5ft 9” I bought both but the larger is better for me. The smaller size would be right for you. Had mine for months. Fantastic and worth the money

What height are the seats when opened?

Not sure without travelling to my caravan 2hrs away to measure. However, there a few good videos on YouTube which will give a good indication. Mine is spot on 👍
