what is the size of this hat in cm

Hello, this is an adjustable cap and the size is 54-63cm. Please let me know if you require any further information. Thanks Darren

Can you send this in a box so it doesn’t get damaged?

Hello, This product is dispatched directly from Amazon unfortunately, it's not something we have control over and we do not have that particular item sitting in our warehouse. Amazon sends out 100's of hats for us in suitable packaging and it's very rare anything gets damaged if that's any comfort to you. If you need any further help please come back to me. Kind Regards Darren

Is the front of the hat solid or loose?

It's hard but can be shaped a bit.
