Giving it 4 stars because the 2 boxes I ordered came beat up and the inside was exposed, luckily the tea bags are wrapped and covered and remained that way. At first I was using honey with it, I can't drink unsweetened tea, it tasted ok, I didn't notice any difference in the breast milk supply, in fact my milk supply seemed to be less. I have an 11 month old that still breastfeeds, I pump milk for him for when I'm at work and when I'm home with him I just breast feed. In the previous months I used to have an oversupply of milk, it'll just sprout out and wet all my shirts, even with breast pads on, in the last couple months my supply had decreased, I wanted something to help with milk supply, so I ordered this tea, the price was right. After 3 days of taking it sweetened I didn't notice a difference, well I would usually pump 6-8 ounces from each breast, when I use this tea in the 1st few days my supply went down to like 4-5 ounces from each breast. After the 4th day I decided to take the tea without sugar or honey and it wasn't the best taste but I bared with it. Oh and I take the tea 2-3 times a day sometimes even up to 4 times. I notice my breasts leaking again and becoming engorged, didn't have that for a while, and I pumped about 9-10 ounces from each breast from about the 5th day and I believe it's from this tea. The results are better without sweeteners in my opinion or I just had to wait a few days for it to work. My son drinks 6-8 ounces a day and a lot so I needed something to up my milk supply and I believe this tea helped me, so try it! It may help you to.

I've purchased this tea in the store and it works wonders (and tastes okay too). I ordered it on amazon and it smelled heavily of soap/cleaning detergent when it arrived. Like it had been sitting next to/on top Tidepods. I had to return it because the tea would've definitely tasted like soap.

I’m a big tea person, however, I was nervous about the taste due to other reviews. Personally, I enjoyed the flavor it’s not a very strong tea, the flavor is kind of weak, so I would brew two tea bags at once to try to enhance the flavor then mix it with a little honey or maple syrup and it became one of my favorite teas. As far as lactation help I will give this tea all the credit because I went from barley pumping 0.5 ounces from both sides to pumping 4 ounces each side, but beware this tea does make your armpits stink a little extra because of the fenugreek.

I’ve always had a great supply with both kids up until recently I’ve had a drop in my milk supply. My baby is 9 months old and I have no idea what happened but I was hardly keeping up with him! I decided to give this tea a try. I personally love the taste of fennel so I do really love the flavor. It’s amazing with honey and cream. However one cup a day will do nothing. I drank 4+ cups a day and really saw a difference within 24 hours. 4 cups a day can get pretty expensive but formula is so much more expensive! Definitely worth it to me to up my supply! Day 2 of drinking this tea I had a huge jump in production! With 10+ extra ounces combined! Highly highly recommend to someone wanting to up their supply if they can commit to 4 cups a day or more

I'm not sure exactly what I thought this would taste like, but its not as bad as I imagined. Kind of smells and tastes like a very watered down chicken soup broth. I don't think I would enjoy it in the morning, but it is fine after lunch or dinner. I'm trying to have it 2x a day to increase my milk supply. I will update this review in a week or so once I know if it was helpful. Fingers crossed! UPDATE: It's been almost a week and a half and I definitely see an increase in my milk production. The first few days I did two cups a day, and then decreased to one cup a day. I noticed an increase in my production somewhere around day 3 or 4. A tip: Be extremely careful when opening each packet. The tea bag itself is very fragile and I've ripped through the packaging and tea bag on three different occasions now.

Absolutely love this tea. Excellent clean ingredients and supports not only my milk production but my body in general. A repeat buy for me.

Okay product. not super impressive. The teabags' individual paper packaging definitely needs improvement. The paper wrapping is too "fit" to the teabags that when you tear it off, it's super easy to also make the internal teabags torn open and broken....

Not sure if this really helps with milk production, but it's herbal and I'm sure it's beneficial
