The strap was really tight so had to get two more links. The guidance on the website did not work, but spoken the Seconda who sent out two links for free.

Fit for larger ladies wrist was perfect. Customer service second to none. Battery faulty in first watch, but after ringing company a replacement watch arrived next day in time for birthday. Person I spoke to could not have been more apologetic or helpful. Watch itself is lovely and person receiving it is very happy with style and quality.
