The Psychic Pathway: Reawakening the Voice of Your Soul Paperback – January 3, 2011

this is an amazing read, i have been developing my body and mind so i can much easier go into my higher selfs point of view as well as embody my spirit and this book is perfect for progressing yourself along that path. this book is filled with such lovely information, enlightening knowledge that is subtle as it is powerful. I have not finished this book, i am only 60 pages in, and its by far one of the best pieces of work ive put my eyes on. I am very grateful this book came into my awareness and life, and look forward to continuing to develop my psychic faculties. My soul connects me to everything , and i need to start listening, and so do you!

Sonia Choquette is an amazing author and respected for her skills. Amazing insight and very knowledgeable with anything metaphysical. If anyone is considering tapping into their other realm, start with reading everything Sonia wrote, she will change your life.

I love Sonia I love her books and I love her CD's. I am enjoying the first copy of this book I bought on amazon. Quickly shopping I didn't realize that this book was published under two different titles and so I bought it twice. I guess this copy will be a gift.

Great read!!! Enjoying it so much

I wanted a paper copy of this book after listening to the audible version. I really enjoyed listening to Sonia in the Audible version and use the written version as a workbook for this fantastic path. Written in a workshop or seminar style, the reader feels like they are at a workshop learning all of the tools provided.

I have read only a few pages but it's very interesting and by a very talented psychic teacher. I loved her book: "Soul."

This was Choquette's book which was mid-wifed by her close friend Julia Cameron and followed the 12-week format of the Artist's Way. Anyone new to the psychic world of diving the future will be helped in their ability to understand what they are going through. Psychic experiences are real and often frightening ... so getting guidance is a must. Choquette talks about the religious block that prevents many from cultivating and discipling their gift. The only thing lacking in this chapter is, and Choquette herself claims to have Catholic roots, some guidance on working with the spirit realm. Not all spirits, according the New Testament, are to be listened to. The bible acknowledges spiritual gifts of prophecy and healing which are to be used to raise the church. Choquette does not make this distinction known which is imperative when beginning to work with spirit guides. Divination practices will open a portal into the spirit realm and one must use discernment. This book would have been much better had this been explored in more detail.My final apprehension with The Psychic Pathway is that Choquette attracts many clients through it and also charges $1600 USD for personal psychic mentoring using her own book. While this is valuable on one level it is a bit much and does send the message that to be a guide requires a certain economic status. Gifts of prophecy, according to Christian scripture, are from the Holy Spirit. Last I checked ... none of the prophets had to pay money to see ... I agree with Choquette that it is important to be trained what to focus on ... but when that training costs rival that of a University course it begins to sound controversial.Final Thoughts on Sonia as a spiritual teacher which applies to all spirit-based teachers, and since Sonia seems to protray herself as a Christian/Catholic-Orthodox I'll use from her religious tradition:(Sirach 37:7-9 on caution in taking advice)All counselors praise the counsel they giveBut some give counsel in their own interestBe wary of a counselorand learn first what is his interestfor he will take thought for himselfSo ..... Sirach 37:12-15 offers this additional guidanceInstead, associate with a religious man, who you are sure keeps the commandments; Who is like-minded with yourself and will feel for you if you fall.Then, too, heed your own heart's counsel; for what have you that you can depend on more?A man's conscience can tell him his situation better than seven watchmen in a lofty tower.Most important of all, pray to God to set your feet in the path of truth.

This author is awesome . I have read several of her books now. Highly recommend.
