Great item but...
Quality is good so no problems there. Fiddly to get the balls screwed on but you only have to do this once, or do you... No matter how tight the balls are screwed on, I've had one come undone twice. Somehow, I managed to find it both times. Don't know how I feel about trying again and I really don't fancy the idea of using superglue near my ear! Update: I have managed to stop the end unscrewing by using pliers

Great for a septum piercing
I’m in the process of stretching my septum so just wanted a nice titanium horseshoe while I’m at 14g, before moving to a 12g. I prefer titanium as it’s what my piercer uses. This horseshoe is comfortable and looks nice, so I’ll probably get my 12g septum jewellery from this seller.

The ball is too small and fiddly to screw on and lost it within seconds.

I measured the size against other rings I had, and thought it would be OK, but it turned out much bigger and wider than I thought. The balls are also extremely fiddly to use, I wouldn't buy this style again.

Comme en annonce, c'est la "boule" qui a le pas de vis qui rentre dans l'anneau. C'est franchement beaucoup plus simple à assembler, qu'avec un fer à cheval classique. Je suis satisfaite sur ce coup là ! Je recommande.
