This shower is amazing! It's the best shower you'll ever try. I bought it understanding that installation can be challenging after reading the review posted above by Dale above. Because the shower is made for use in Europe, it will not fit US plumbing without special adapters. Dale posted the following in answer to another user's questions which explains it well: "[Two adapters--one for cold and one for hot--are] required to transition between 1/2" NPT (US thread configuration) to 1/2" G (European thread configuration). The German dealer cannot sell this part to US customers... The Grohe part number is 124629 and can be purchased from the Grohe US customer service center." My experience was diffferent. I was unable to buy the adapter part from Grohe USA--they told me they have no way to sell parts directly to US customers. But eventually Build.com was able to offer the part for sale for me when I called and gave them the Grohe part number (one box contains the two adapters, evidently). I believe the cost was $140. However, before I learned about that option, I purchased two 1/2" male NPT thread to 1/2" female G thread adapters here on Amazon. They were only $20 each, and worked perfectly for my shower installation. 2019 UPDATE: We continue to LOVE this shower. I have had a question or two, but since the shower comes from Germany it is not supported by Grohe USA. However, the seller, "bath24 German Sanitary Shop" has been awesome. They have been extremely helpful, and promptly responsive to any questions I've had. Best shower ever!

Bella non c'è dubbio, appariscente non passa sicuramente inosservata, molto cara ma stiamo parlando del top di gamma grohe a listino costa la bellezza di 2660€ pagata 820€ penso di aver fatto un affare. Non di semplicissimo montaggio le tubazioni devono essere in perfetto parallelismo, non ha tolleranza alcuna, si devono fare tanti fori se avete pianelle di durezza 8 come le mie ne lancerete tante.. Ma alla fine ne vale la candela. Unico appunto il sistema eco joy è una grossa rottura dovrebbero lasciare al cliente la facoltà di usarlo o no, nel mio caso ho difficoltà a far funzionare la doccietta a mano con il mio scaldino a gas non fa passare sufficientemente acqua da farlo accendere, mi è successo anche con i miscelatori del lavandino e bidet ho dovuto eseguire una modifica.

Despues de mirar y mirar me decante x este grifo. El diseño es muy bonito y es diferente al resto. Su precio.... inmejorable. La calidad es muy buena y no es plastico cromado. Es de metal Respecto a una tienda de mi ciudad me he ahorrado 1000 euros. No me lo podia creer. Un acierto

Ya había probado este sistema en uno de los baños de la casa con el "Smartcontrol 360 DUO", así que vi este en oferta y me decidí a comprarlo para el otro baño, y la verdad, es que estamos encantados. El sistema de control del caudal y de la zona de salida del agua con la botonera es lo más cómodo que he probado, puedes dejar seleccinado un caudal distinto para el rociador y para la alcachofa, y la temperatura que deseas con la rueda lateral y ya solo consiste en pulsar el botón de la zona por donde quieres que salga el agua. Si además complementas tu instalación con una bomba de recirculación de agua caliente, tendrás el agua a la temperatura y con el caudal deseado de forma casi instantanea. Además en la alcachofa dispones de un botón por si quieres activar o desactivar el difusor. Este sistema y el "DUO" solo se diferencian en que el "DUO" tiene un tercer botón para que el agua salga por la zona central del rociador con mayor presión, a mi parecer no merece la pena pagar más por ese detalle.

Ich benutze das Produkt nun seit über zwei Wochen und kann es mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen. Ich habe lange überlegt, ob es das Geld wirklich wert ist und bin im nun froh, dass ich diese Investition doch noch getätigt habe und zwar aus folgenden Gründen: - das Produkt ist auch für nicht erfahrene Handwerker einfach zu installieren. Es gibt dazu ein ausgezeichnetes Video auf reuter.de, das Schritt für Schritt alles erklärt. - die Reinigung ist sehr einfach. Alles wirkt stabil und hochwertig. - Die verschiedenen Funktionen sind überaus praktisch. Gerade die Massagefunktion ist eine wirklich nette Abwechslung die nicht nur einmal verwendet wird und dann nie wieder. - Design ist natürlich Geschmacksache, aber bisher hat jeder der die Dusche gesehen hat sofort nachgefragt wieviel das Produkt kostet und wo es gekauft wurde :). - Der Preis ist nüchtern betrachtet überaus fair. Ein "normales" hochwertiges Duschsystem kostet mindestens die Hälfte, hat jedoch nicht annähernd die selben Funktionen bzw. bewirkt keine vergleichbare optische Aufwertung der Dusche. Bei einem Listenpreis von über 2000€ (habe bei mehreren Händlern nachgefragt - die verkaufen dieses Produkt tatsächlich zu diesem Preis und wollen noch Aufpreis für Montage haben) ist dieses Angebot beinahe ein Schnäppchen, wenn man oft und gerne duscht. - Wasserverbrauch: für alle die meinen, dass mit einem großen Duschkopf der Wasserverbraucht sofort in die Höhe schnellen wird: es kommt ganz auf die Einstellungen an, die ihr selber vornehmt. Alles ist wunderbar einfach zu regeln ihr erspart euch bei jeder Dusche die Strahlstärke und Temperatur neu einstellen zu müssen. Einfach einsteigen, Knopf drücken und alles läuft so, wie ihr es zuletzt eingestellt habt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
