Decent build. Looks good. Works as advertised. Great value!
Well made. Nice little support for your pot. I've used it now about 3 times and no negatives. I was going to make another beer can burner that I have in my other pack, but for the price I'm saving time and it's actually better made than what I can do, although it's fun to make your own. I like the materials and the snuffer. A little bit heavier than my home-made one that's fashioned from an aluminum can, but it's more durable too so, you decide. Decent carrying case. The build and materials don't really reflect the pricing since I was expecting to get garbage, but this is a respectable product as you get a lot for your money and it is, as I mentioned, well made. I can easily recommend this little burner.

Works perfectly.
This replaces another alcohol stove that was stolen. This is the same design, but the pot holder is a great addition. It burns for about an hour on denatured alcohol. I bent the pot holder very slightly to get the stove to attach. There's an O-ring in the lid to keep the fuel from evaporating, and a separate cover to extinguish the flame. Great price too.

Wow! Great price, light, and efficient!!
Like allot of the other reviews listed about this burner and stand, when I took it out of the box, I did not expect allot. I took it out on the trail and it worked well from the start. The little sack carries the burner and stand well, it is pretty easy to fill with alcohol, and burns hot like all the other stoves that I have tried. I carry a canteen cup and lid when I day hike. I have twig stoves that work well to heat the cup with 3-5 ounces of water to a boil in 5-8i minutes. This stove took the same amount of time with a wind screen. I have also cook a full pan of scrambled eggs and sausages with no issues. The price is perfect to use a couple of times and if it needs replacing, i could keep the stand and sack. At this point, I don't think with proper care and cleaning I can use it as long as it will keep going. Great price and a fine piece of equipment for a day hike or overnight camp.

Works perfectly!
Works flawlessly. Use HEET in the yellow bottle and you'll have a nice blue clean burning flame. Leaves no soot. Very pleased.

Squeeze in some fuel, spark and cook - easy, light and fast
These work so well, I have two of these stoves. I like them because they are simple, hot and lightweight. It takes about 1 oz. of denatured alcohol to boil 10 oz. of water starting at about 60F. There are no moving parts. The fuel will not freeze. With the simmer cover (included), you can regulate the heat output to cook rice and pasta without burning the food. The screw-on cover allows you to snuff out the flame and reseal the stove with unused fuel for the next use. I would recommend adding a lightweight aluminum wind screen for most field uses of this stove to cook faster and therefore use less fuel. I use a flint and steel striker to light this - so no matches. This combination works in any situation and any weather conditions. The bottom of the stove gets hot, so I would not recommend setting the stove on a countertop, but it will not get hot enough to burn wood or glass tabletop. This works so well that I sold all my other camp (propane and white gas) stoves.
