MEGALITH Military Watches Men Digital: Tactical Big Face Sports Waterproof

The looks say it all, pics show you the back light, decent and colourful. A nice weighty watch and well built, my dailly watch, so happy to batter it about and it takes a bashing too!! ** UPDATE ** 12th Sept 2023 This watch is still going, taken a good bruising at work and I must admit, hardly any scratches as i've scraped walls, door frames, hitting things within the workplace and this watch has held up well and I love it. However, the big turn notch next to the 3 where you set the first and second hand dial, it's jammed fast and won't unturn to come away to set the time, which is sad, it's within the 12 month warranty, Amazon said to return it for a refund, downside it's now £6 more than when i purchased it last year. I will say, I'll order another one now as it's well worth it as an everyday watch! 4.5 Stars, just can't really fault it even for the issue I mention as I'm getting another one! ** UPDATE 2 ** 5th Dec 2023 Sadly, the silver cap cover which covers the dial where you set the first and second hand of the watch, has totally fallen away from the watch. Looks like there was little glue holding it and now it hangs off while wearing the watch, very annoying. Again, Amazon said return it and I'll have to order another one, which I will but will hold out till Xmas and New year for the price to drop as it now sits at £36.99, still a decent watch and I'll again get another one, apart from this issue, it's a nice and weighty looking watch. :-)

I have a small collection of watches. This is by far the best looking. The photos don't do it justice. It's attention to detail that makes it special. Like the recesses in the face by the numerals, the military-style strap, the intricacy of the crown, its overall chunkiness. Each time I wear it, I see something new to admire. But this is the 2nd one I've bought. And the first one I dropped - so I can't claim against the warranty. But the ease with which it's likely to get damaged is why it gets 4 stars rather than 5. First off, it needs 4 hands to take it on and off. 1 hand to wear the watch. A 2nd one to hold it in place while you undo the strap - because it's so heavy. A 3rd one to undo the buckle and a 4th one to hold the now loose end of the strap. And you have to take it on and off at least once a day because the strap would not survive in a shower. I only dropped mine 6 inches into the wash basin. But that's all it took to shatter the glass. Because the glass is slightly raised rather than recessed. So 1 hard surface meets another and... KAPOW! as they say in the Marble comics. And if the glass doesn't shatter, I think the huge crown is equally vulnerable. Please don't let me put you off from buying it, because for the money, it's a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. All I'm saying is: If you do buy it, be careful how you handle it. And take it on and off somewhere where it will land on a very soft surface.

VERY POOR QUALITY The watch looks good and chunky and can be operated whilst wearing gloves. However It steams up if kept on in the shower or in the rain. The watch face has cracked when it fell off my wrist. The buckle on the watch strap is too flimsy and comes undone regularly. I could get a better quality watch from a "Lucky lucky" seller on a beach.

Very good watch I recommend you get one

I've got 27cm wrists. This will not fit you if you're similar. Because the watch was cheap and the strap wasn't metal, I removed it, modded it and then it was too long! On my wrist, trimmed and fits well now. Looks chunky so if you've got diddy wrists and arms it might look ridiculous.

Value for money . Fantastic watch for the price

Love this watch but was moving some furniture and noticed that the glass was cracked and it got worse. Obviously it was tapped. So now I no longer ware it. The glass is fragile so take off the watch before doing anything strenuous. I'm disappointed.
