Will this help my damaged, dry, bleached hair? I've tried several other products but nothing has helped my hair feel healthy again. Please help

Boy I’m not sure. I put highlights in my hair and this shampoo really helps keep the color without fading or changing. I use the same brand of cream rinse on my ends but my hair is normal to oily. I have not really damaged mine.

Can this product be used as a leave-in conditioner?
