Can I put my note pad and bible in here or is it just enough room for the bible?

You can if your bible is not more in depth of 2 1/2 inches in depth. It will fit a bible length 10 inches and width 4 1/2 inches. I bought the large one for an old bible that was over 2 1/2 inches. I can put small note pad inside mine.

Would I need a medium or a large for a 6.87"x10.06"x2.17"

My bible is 5.5*8.5*2 and there is still room in the medium. It think its about 6*10*2 and yours would most likely still fit. The large might be too big unless you needed room from tabs or highlighters.

Will this fit a 10-3/4 x 7-1/2 x 1-3/4 Bible?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Large cover fits Bibles/books up to: 7” x 10 1/8” x 1 7/8” ; this seems a bit too narrow for your Bible, based on the provided dimensions, unfortunately.

My bible is 10.5x7.08x1.69 (inches), would the large size fit? thanks.

I doubt your Bible would fit. 10.5" length would be too big. Mine is 9.5" long and fits nicely. Max would be 10".
